Reflections for the business world

I was travelling with Joyce Gioia. A US based author and speaker when she talked to me about Marshall Goldstein’s , What got you here won’t get you there.I was intrigued and I went on to read about him. Just after I did that, I went on to re - read Malcolm Gladwell’s book - Tipping Point. As they say he is "just a thinker." But what a thinker. .
